Product description

The blade is made of stainless chrome steel with the Martef coating that protects the blade and makes it easy to clean, just rinsing is enough. The roughened rubber handle and finger guard ensure a firm grip on the knife.

This blade length is best suited for filleting fish weighing about 1 kg.

The knife is also an excellent tool in many other kitchen chores.
