Ingredients: Rolled oats, fat powder (vegetable oil(palm), glucose syrup, modified starch (corn)), Powdered apple juice 10%, soy isolate, sugar, emulsifier (Soy lecithin), cinnamon, salt, aroma, antioxidants (rosemary extract, alphatokoferyyli), preservative (potassium sorbate).

Instructions: Open the bag and pour boiling water inside the bag up to point 11 on the printed indicator (approx. 3,5 dl). Mix thoroughly and close the bag. Allow to set for 10 minutes. Open the bag and stir before eating.
