Cylindrical Drop shot weight. The drop shot weight has a special fastening loop where the line can be snapped onto without a knot. Simplified, the hook is tied to a line and about 1m of free line is left under the hook, to which the drop shot weight can be attached.

Drop shot weight makes it easy to change the distance to the hook.
