Delicious dry meat. Roughly about half of the weight is protein, appropriat amount of fat and generous amout of flavor. This is best tasted on hikes and trips, but it is also a functional snack.

Appropriately spicy dry meat

It has to be mentioned that there are many senses of taste and someone may think that this should be spicier. However, Chili is not meant to cover all the flavors, so the spice has been kept to amount that you still can taste other flavors too.

Also great for cooking!
